Got this product for our customer for a convention badge holder. The lanyard is nice and wide and the color (bright yellow) get a lot of notice for our candidate. Message on lanyard very readable stands out.

The product was purchased to provide to the employees within a specific directorate within an organization to represent the "One Team" concept. The lanyards were well received by all; however, after a few days a few complained about the "quick disconnect" being to quick ("it would just fall off" and "I am unable to put my key on it, in addition to my badge").

My first shipment was bad due to not buring off the neck piece there were some bad edges. Idville did make it right. I will continue to use their products the staff were very friendly and helpful and was cooperative in making this product right.Thanks AgainNancy
