Payment Methods:

Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards - VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.
Purchase Orders: Pre-approved accounts that have submitted a credit application only. A digital copy of the PO is required. Contact us directly for approval 1-866-438-4553.
Check or Money Orders: Make the check payable in U.S. Dollars to IDville. Mail completed order form and payment to:

Shipping Information:

Tracking information will be sent with the invoice via email when the order is shipped

Rush shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all rush orders. Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge.  Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please call 1-866-438-4553 if you need your order rushed.

Delivery Times:

All items that are in-stock will ship the same day you order, if your order is placed by 3 p.m. EST. Delivery to the 48 contiguous states takes 2-5 business days. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico takes 5-7 business days. We will not deliver to a Post Office box.

IDville is not liable for packages returned without prior authorization or packages that have shipped to an invalid address. Packages returned for these reasons will be held for 14 days.  Any packages left unclaimed will either be recycled, salvaged, or discarded accordingly.  Monetary compensation for these packages will not be provided.
