All ID Maker PRO Systems are shipped UPS Ground insured at the rate of $99.95. Additional supplies are subject to added shipping costs.

Rush Shipping:

Rush shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all rush orders placed after 6 p.m. EST. Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge. Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please call customer service at 1-866-438-4553 if you need your order rushed.

Delivery Times:

All of our in-stock items ship the same day you order if your order is placed by 2 p.m. EST. Delivery to the 48 contiguous states takes 2-5 business days. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico takes 5-7 business days. We will not deliver to a Post Office box.

We’ll need a copy of your invoice included with unwanted product and recommend returning with a trackable method like
UPS, FedEx, or USPS Express Mail. That way, if the status of your return is ever in question, we can confirm your
package was successfully delivered to our location.

Please Note: Returns of custom (items including your logo or artwork) and personalized merchandise are not accepted unless authorized by an Idville Representative.

IDville is not liable for packages returned without prior authorization or packages that have shipped to an invalid address.
Packages returned for these reasons will be held for 14 days. Any packages left unclaimed, will either be recycled,
salvaged, or discarded accordingly. Monetary compensation for these packages will not be provided.
