No-Hassle Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If anything isn’t quite right upon arrival or wasn’t quite what you were expecting, simply reach out to us via phone and we’ll make it right.

Returns with an RMA will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee not less than $5. Restocking fees are calculated based on original price. Printers must be returned in original packaging with original foam or a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Items that are opened or used will not be credited. Customized items cannot be credited. Shipping on an order will not be refunded unless IDville has made a shipping error.

We’ll need a copy of your invoice included with unwanted product and recommend returning with a trackable method like UPS, FedEx, or USPS Express Mail. That way, if the status of your return is ever in question, we can confirm your package was successfully delivered to our location.

IDville is not liable for packages returned without an RMA or packages that have shipped to an invalid address. Packages returned for these reasons will be held for 14 days. Any packages left unclaimed, will either be recycled, salvaged, or discarded accordingly. Monetary compensation for these packages will not be provided.

Credit Policy: If an invoice is outstanding, credit will be applied to that invoice. If paid with a credit card, credit will be issued on that card. If paid with a check, a credit to your account will be issued unless a refund check is requested. Credits can take up to 2 weeks from the date a return is received.
