No-Hassle Return PolicyWe stand behind our products, period. If you need to return an unused product for any reason, we'll be happy
to credit your account, exchange the item or give you a refund for the cost of the merchandise if returned within
30 days from receipt of your order.
Simply follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip; then send the merchandise and packing slip
back to IDville; it's that easy! We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature
(FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne or Certified US Mail). Please retain tracking information until credit has been received.
Please Note: Returns of custom (items with your logo or artwork) and personalized (items that have a nameplate or
engraved names on them) merchandise are not accepted unless authorized by an IDville representative. All software
and hardware is subject to a re-stocking fee, call (866) 438-4553 for details and pricing.
