No-Hassle Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If anything isn’t quite right upon arrival or wasn’t quite what you were
expecting, simply reach out to us via phone, email, or chat and we’ll make it right.

To ensure timely processing of your refund, approval is required prior to returning any merchandise.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee not less than $5.
Restocking fees are calculated based on original price.

We’ll need a copy of your invoice included with unwanted product and recommend returning with a trackable method like
UPS, FedEx, or USPS Express Mail. That way, if the status of your return is ever in question, we can confirm your
package was successfully delivered to our location.

Please Note: Returns of custom (items including your logo or artwork) and personalized (items that you’re your choice
of stock setup options) merchandise are not accepted unless authorized by a Baudville Representative.

Use the top right corner label on your packing slip or send your return to:

IDville is not liable for packages returned without prior authorization or packages that have shipped to an invalid address.
Packages returned for these reasons will be held for 14 days. Any packages left unclaimed, will either be recycled,
salvaged, or discarded accordingly. Monetary compensation for these packages will not be provided.
